Since 1987 Deep Records have been the leader in the music mix compilation scene with their great Deep series mixed by DJ Deep. During that period the name have been changing to Deep, Digital Dances, Deep Magic Dance and since Deep 47 back to Deep again because of a dispute with MPA Recording Corporation about the title Magic Dance. It's very hard to find the Deep series in the normal music shops. Deep Records don't have the license to include the artists in their mixes, so they are illegal to sell. In Denmark it was possible to buy Deep until about Deep 42 and after there it was only sold under the desk, if the music shop owner would take the risks of course. But Deep Records are still active, no one has yet been able to stop them in their business.

Deep Records releases once in a while some limited edition mixes. Michael Jackson, Madonna, Genesis, Rolling Stones and even The Beatles has been remixed by Deep Records. Please notice that all mixes, including normal Deep, are produced in a very limited stock. So old Deep Records CD's are very hard to find, if not impossible. Sad, but true.
